If your project is a fit, we schedule a discovery call to understand your goals, technical context, and constraints. From there we propose a phased approach — usually a short discovery sprint followed by a build phase with clear milestones.

How long does it take to start working together?

Most engagements move from first contact to kickoff in two to four weeks. The discovery sprint usually runs four to six weeks, after which build begins. Smaller scoped engagements can start sooner if we have current capacity.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes. We sign mutual NDAs before any deep technical or commercial discussion. If you have a preferred template, share it with your brief. Otherwise we provide a standard mutual NDA.

How do you price projects?

Most engagements are scoped as fixed-fee phases tied to deliverables, with a separate retainer option for ongoing work. We share a transparent estimate after discovery, broken down by workstream and milestone. We do not bill hourly for production work.

Where are your engineers based?

We are remote-first and operate primarily from Islamabad, Pakistan, with collaborators across other regions. We work asynchronously across time zones and overlap during agreed-on collaboration windows with each client.

Do you work with startups or only enterprises?

We work with both. The common thread is technical ambition and a real budget. For early-stage startups we typically scope tighter MVPs; for enterprises we run multi-quarter programs with embedded teams.

Our default stack is TypeScript, Next.js, React, Node.js, and Python on the application layer; PostgreSQL, Redis, and Kafka on the data layer; AWS and Vercel for infrastructure; and Solidity for blockchain work. Can you take over an existing codebase?

Yes. We regularly inherit legacy systems, audit them, document the architecture, stabilize what is brittle, and modernize incrementally. We do not insist on rewrites unless the cost-benefit justifies it.

How do you handle security and code quality?

Every codebase ships with automated tests, static analysis, dependency scanning, and CI gates. Security-critical work — smart contracts, authentication, payments — gets independent review before deployment. We document our practices and share them on request.

Who owns the code we build together?

You do. Code, designs, and documentation produced under a paid engagement are transferred to you on delivery and final payment, subject to standard exclusions for our pre-existing tooling and open-source dependencies. The terms are spelled out in the master agreement before work begins.

Do you provide ongoing support after launch?

Yes, through monthly retainers that cover dependency updates, monitoring, bug fixes, and incremental feature work. The retainer scope is agreed up front and reviewed quarterly.
